This Privacy Policy describes information that We Are Listen (“Listen”) may collect form individuals who visit www.wearelisten.com (“Site”). The Site describes the work Listen does and shows some of the work it has done for clients; it is not a consumer website. Listen does not collect data from consumers and does not sell data.
Information Related to Contacting Listen
The Site has a “Contact” link where a visitor can send Listen an email message. Visitors need to provide a name and email address so that Listen can respond. If a visitor provides a name and email address and sends an email via the contact page, Listen will only use the information to reply or otherwise respond to the visitor.
Listen also posts employment opportunities on the Site and individuals interested in applying can provide the information by clicking the link on the Site. Job seekers will be redirected to a third party site and can apply for positions through the third party site they are ultimately redirected to. The information provided will be used only to evaluate an applicant for employment, to communicate with the applicant concerning potential employment-related matters and, generally, in the course of the process undertaken by Listen to fill the job.
Information that Listen receives through the “Contact” screen or from job applicants is not used for any purpose other than what is described in this Policy. It is not sold or provided to third parties.
Log Files and Cookies
Like many other websites, Listen uses log files and cookies that gather information, including the Internet domain from which a visitor accesses the Site; the date and time the Site was visited; country and city of the visitor viewing the Site; the areas/pages of Site that were viewed; a visitor’s IP address that is automatically assigned when logging on to the Internet; the visitor’s type of browser and operating system; the address of the website a visitor linked from, if any; and the search term used if the visitor landed on the Site after a general search.
Listen uses this information to administer the Site, to analyze how visitors navigate the Site and to improve visitors’ experience when using the Site. This information is anonymized and is not personally identifiable to the visitor. The information is stored on servers that Listen or parties it contracts with maintain.

These websites have their own privacy policies and Listen’s privacy policy does not apply to, and Listen cannot control, the activities of third parties or other websites.
Visitors may apply for positions at Listen by clicking on links on the Site and visitors will then be redirected to a third party site. Beyond making the information provided by the applicant available to Listen, the third party’s privacy policy will explain its policies related to data handling, storage and usage. Listen does not control those policies. Visitors should consult the third parties’ privacy policies for more information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and the information collected there. This Policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this Site.
